We stronger because of the organizations, businesses, and faith communities that stand alongside us. Together, we reach more people, serve more families, and build a more connected Kansas City.

let's connect our kansas city community

community partnerships

When you partner with our organization, you become part of something meaningful. Our partnerships are built on shared values - dignity, accessibility, and community - and on a genuine commitment to making life better for Kansas City neighbors in need.

We believe that no organization can do this work alone and that the best outcomes happen when we work together.

the value & impact of your partnership

Connect your clients to free clothing resources they can access

Strengthen your organization's community impact and visibility

Participate in a network of Kansas City nonprofits, schools, and businesses committed to addressing basic needs

Are you a social service agency, school, healthcare provider, or community organization that works with individuals and families in need? We'd love to be a resource in which you can refer your clients.

Our referral partners include:

  • Local county agencies
  • School districts across the KC metro
  • Shelters and housing programs
  • Healthcare and social service agencies

Referring a client is simple - and we'll make sure they're welcomed when they arrive. We can also provide printed referral cards, intake information, and contact details for your team.

Retailers and manufacturers play a critical role in keeping our boutique stocked. We partner with businesses to accept overstock, returns, and corporate donations - giving clothing a second life and keeping it out of landfills.

As a retail partner, you can:

  • Donate overstock, seasonal inventory, or customer returns
  • Organize employee clothing drives
  • Sponsor a seasonal program (back-to-school, winter coats, etc.)

We handle the logistics and will work with your team to make donations as easy as possible.

Nonprofits, community organizations, and civic groups are the backbone of our referral and outreach network. We partner with organizations across the KC metro to coordinate resources, share client referrals, and host joint distribution events.

Community partners benefit from:

  • A reliable resource to refer clients
  • Shared event and outreach opportunities
  • A network of organizations committed to the same mission

We're especially interested in connecting with organizations that serve populations we frequently encounter: survivors of domestic violence, individuals transitioning to employment, and families experiencing housing instability.

  • Refer community members in need to our boutique
  • Provide volunteers for distribution events and sorting days
  • Support us financially through special offerings

What does a formal partnership look like?

We keep partnerships flexible and relationship-driven. Some partners refer clients, some donate inventory, some host events - many do all three. We'll work with you to find the right fit.
